Rivers Edge Capital boasts a vertically integrated real estate platform that includes transaction structuring, asset management, property management, leasing and development & construction oversight.

Rivers Edge Hotel Group is a vertically integrated hotel development, investment and management company.  Our focus on long-term and sustainable growth in enterprise value is built on an in-depth understanding of industry fundamentals, established knowledge of demographic trends/consumer behavior, and expertise in capital markets. 


Whether executing ventures from the “ground up”, repurposing an existing asset, or stabilizing  a distressed asset, River’s Edge Hotel Group offers expertise at every level of the real estate acquisitions and development process. From underwriting and structuring transactions to obtaining the best terms on financing, our team manages every phase of a project: acquisition, planning, architecture, design, construction, and management from start-up phases to stabilization.
