Rivers Edge Capital boasts a vertically integrated real estate platform that includes transaction structuring, asset management, property management, leasing and development & construction oversight.
Hospitality development + investment
Rivers Edge Hotel Group is a vertically integrated hotel development, investment and management company. Our focus on long-term and sustainable growth in enterprise value is built on an in-depth understanding of industry fundamentals, established knowledge of demographic trends/consumer behavior, and expertise in capital markets.
Whether executing ventures from the “ground up”, repurposing an existing asset, or stabilizing a distressed asset, River’s Edge Hotel Group offers expertise at every level of the real estate acquisitions and development process.
